I am very much on a journey of self-awareness at the moment and therefore I was delighted to receive A Guide to Being a Better Being by Maggie Richards. The book has a simple, but stunning design on the cover.
I must admit that I am not a big reader of books, but I was engrossed with this one from the first page. I loved being taken through the stages of Maggie’s life. It was almost like you were living it with her. The book serves as a practical guide to dealing with certain situations in your life, like losing a loved one. Being someone who regularly has dreams about reptiles, I enjoyed reading that this can be a warning sign.
I don’t want to get into too much detail and spoil the book for those who have not yet read it, but I love the book and found Maggie herself to be an inspirational person. It is packed with case studies alongside practical advice and proven techniques to help you be the best person you can be.
Definitely worth a read.
