An effective book cover that manages to catch your eye and convey the idea behind the book.
My daughter Amba aged 11 is a keen cook and is always experimenting at home with different recipes. Her face was a picture when I asked her to review Annabel Karmel: Annabel’s Kitchen DVD/Cook It Together Book.
Amba loves to follow the easy to use recipes. Amba has tried every recipe and her favourites are Fruity Chicken Korma, Sweet & Sour Chicken, Strawberry Cheesecakes, Banana Bites and Jelly Boats.
This book is ‘FABTASTIC’ as it informs children of all age’s new information about different types of foods. A great way to get families cooking together.
Also as a family we also watched the DVD together and loved the penguins.
From Amba: On the book: The book is easy to read and informs you of foods you didn’t know about and has interesting and brilliant recipes. The DVD is not boring as it shows you the recipes being made so you have an idea on how it will turn out. The DVD also grabs your attention so you carrying on watching it
Thumbs up to Annabel Karmel for creating a great DVD and book to get kids interested in healthy eating. By the way, Jamie Oliver watch out as there is a new chef in town!!
