Set in Finsbury Park, London this film follows three main characters Chester, an ex-boxer, who has had a stroke, Bea his partner who works as a local waitress and Jake the son of a deceased tailor. Following the funeral of Jake's father he goes to the cafe where Bea works and developes an attraction for her. The attraction grows between them and Bea is torn between having a normal life with Jake or caring for Chester with his high dependences. Slow burning film but worth sticking with as you develop a empathy with all the characters.
An enjoyable low budget Brit film.
