Here are our favourite serving suggestions:
Hayman’s London Dry Ginis a classic style of London Dry Gin. Distilled from 10 botanicals hand picked from around the world, it is the careful and consistent balance of juniper, coriander, orange and lemon peel that creates a fresh, crisp and elegant flavour.
Pour two measures in a glass, fill with ice, top with tonic and a slice of lime foran unbeatable G&T.
Hayman’s Sloe Gin,is a traditional English Liqueur made to a long standing family recipe previously only available for private use. Wild English grown sloe berries are gently steeped for several months with Hayman’s Gin before being blended with natural sugar to create Hayman’s Sloe Gin.
The rich ruby red liqueur is perfect on its own with ice, or pour a measure in a champagne flute and top up with bubbles for the perfect celebratory toast!
Hayman’s Old Tom Gin, is a botanically intensive and delicately sweetened style of Gin. This style was the quintessential English Gin of the late 19th Century when Old Tom Gin was specified in numerous classic Gin cocktails such as the Martinez, Tom Collins and Ramos Gin Fizz.
Try it in a Gin Rickey – squeeze half a fresh lime into a glass and add the peel. Fill with ice and pour 2 measures of Hayman’s Old Tom, top up with soda water and stir.
Hayman’s 1820 Gin Liqueur, the only Gin Liqueur to exist in the world, Hayman’s 1820 combines the refreshing character of Gin with the sweetness of a Liqueur.
Delicious sipped over ice, with a measure of pink grapefruit or a simple squeeze of fresh lime.
The Hayman family are the longest serving Gin distilling family in England. The original company of Hayman Distillers was founded in 1863 by James Burrough, the great Grandfather of the current Chairman Christopher Hayman, who created Beefeater Gin. The Hayman family retained part of the business and today continue the tradition of distilling and producing fine spirits. There are now five generations of expertise within Hayman Distillers and the family knowledge has been used to develop a range of niche premium Gins.
