The front cover of this book looks good enough to eat and will certainly make you hungry with its delicious pictures of all things chocolate.
The book contains 10 easy to follow recipes from Dark Chocolate Mousse to Chocolate Eclairs. You will certainly want to try all the recipes as I know I did and found them all easy to make thanks to the great detailed instructions in the book. The book also shows how to use different techniques when using chocolate for example using a bain-marie. A must have for any chocolate lover or cook and I rate this book 5/5 and would recommend this book to all.
