Graby Tidy Freak Review

Reviewed by Josh Matthews

My son loves his cuddly toys, so he was delighted to receive a Graby Tidyfreak to review. The Tidy Freaks are child friendly car trash bags (or backseat litter bin buddies), available in 3 designs; Gimi, Gorji and Graby.

The item arrived quickly and was well packaged. Graby is mainly yellow and has 3 eyes and 3 tongues. He also has blue spiky hair. His mouth, with fingers from each hand pointing in, is to put rubbish in.

Graby is meant for use in the car and we do use it a lot when out and about in our car. However, I have found that my son likes to take Graby wherever he goes, so Graby has also been used as a rubbish bin in his bedroom too.

It is a good size and you can fit a decent amount of rubbish in. Whilst I did originally wonder if £15 was a bit pricey, I don’t think so because the product is so well made and worth it’s price for its usefulness. I no longer have a car strewn with sweets and snacks wrappers. My son is always trying to find pieces of rubbish to put in it.

It’s easy to empty by removing the rubbish from its mouth. To clean it, you pull out the fixed liner and wipe clean. My only small negative is that I would prefer it to have a removeable liner so could go in the washing machine or have a removable bag so that it can just be pulled out (I might start lining our Graby with a nappy bag for easier and faster emptying and also to get the inside on the mouth cleaner).

The Tidyfreak is a useful tool to teach kids to put their rubbish in the bin.
