Kirstie appears on television as an all-round woman, business woman, mummy and homely too.

I wanted to try the Stamp Stationery Kit because I wanted something extra special this year for the children’s thank you cards at Christmas.

The stamping set comes in a neat sturdy box. Its’ chosen graphics depict the Kirstie I previously described. Pretty print, classy font and all around looking beautiful.

The set comes with plain cards, plain envelopes, several wooden stamps and a black ink pad.

The designs on the stamps are all really lovely, one issue (not a biggie) was the size of the ink pad. It is too small for the stamps. Therefore you find yourself moving the stamp along to try and get all covered, but I found that I couldn’t get as even coverage as I would have if ink pad bigger.

You don’t get the crisp results that are depicted on the photo shop box, but I think that is part of the charm of a handmade thank you. I enjoyed using the set and although I think that this kit is really for the adult crafter, I will be happy to see what lovely designs my children come up with for their thank you’s.

The set is easy to use, so it is not just for the die-hard crafter, somebody just starting to experiment with crafting would find this an easy start.

All in all a good quality set, love the fact the stamps are wood and not plastic.
