Problems with your skin? Then this is the book for you. This book covers everything from Eczema to Psoriasis.
Each chapter is based upon a different skin complaint and delves into the causes, triggers and an action plan to help you help your skin. The book came with a leaflet which explained what vitamins and minerals etc help with what e.g Zinc is important for immunity and skin health.
The book presents itself very well and the bright cover makes it really stand out. The book is 126 pages long and is crammed full of interesting tips, tables and paragraphs all about skin health. The resources section in the back of the book is extremely useful as it lists cds, books and even hypnotherapists to help you improve your skin.
I cannot recommend this book enough and will be certainly using what I have learned to help improve my skin.
