NEW LOOK FOR STOURBRIDGE PIZZAEXPRESS IS A PIECE OF CAKE
PizzaExpress is celebrating the launch of its exciting new look restaurant in Stourbridge. Located in a distinctive listed building in the heart of the town, the restaurant has been totally transformed and includes new artwork reflecting the building’s former use as an upmarket tea room.
Each PizzaExpress restaurant is individually designed – often using well known places, people or historical events from the area as the basis. During the 1960s, the Stourbridge building was known as Cranage’s Tea Rooms and Royal Turf Lounge Bar. Drawing inspiration from this, the artwork shows cakes, bread and other items sold at there. Today, though, it is tasty pizzas as well as delightful desserts on the menu.
Manager, Louise Kitson, said, “We love our restaurant’s new look and have a friendly and enthusiastic team who are looking forward to welcoming everyone over a delicious pizza.”
PizzaExpress has been dishing up fresh, handmade pizza to Stourbridge since 1999. The new look coincides with the introduction of seasonal specials such as a macaroni and cheese style Pennette Formaggi, hot spiced beef Calzone Diavolo and Treacle Tart Cheesecake.
For younger pizza-lovers, PizzaExpress’ Piccolo menu is full of tasty choices including ‘Create Your Own’ pizza, and starts at just £3.95.
