Last weekend I met up with some friends at Play Factore, Trafford Centre, Manchester. We had children with us aged from 0 – 7 years. When we arrived the helpful staff took the children’s shoes and we had no problems finding an empty table. I had been down the weekend before and noticed that there was a beautifully decorated Santa’s Grotto underneath the play structure. My daughter wanted to go visit Santa, so we paid £6 and bought a ticket for this at the reception desk. We waited for a few minutes and were then walked through to Santa by a very helpful member of staff. Santa was really good with Lauren (7), asking her lots of questions which she answered with a bit of prompting from mummy. Lauren was given a lovely selection box and we then had a chance to have her picture taken with Santa. There was a good selection of photo gifts available, all of which were very reasonably priced. Lauren really enjoyed her experience in the grotto and it got her even more excited about Christmas.
We all had fantastic fun as usual, we are regular visitors at Play Factore. The adults could not resist borrowing the little people as an excuse to go on the big, bumpy slide.
Our drinks and snacks were reasonably priced and the café staff helpful and polite as always.
The toilet facilities were spotless too.
My twins thoroughly enjoyed going into the sensory area with their little baby friend. They were all mesmerised by the lights. We are hoping to go back between Christmas and New Year.
Play Factore is well worth the entry fee. It has the biggest play structure I have ever seen. Santa’s Grotto is also well worth a visit.
