The mysteries of men, dating, finding Mr Right, and motherhood are explored in Sex in Suburbia, the hilarious new comedy starring Claire Sweeney that will entertain audiences, getting you roaring with laughter, cry and dancing in your seats as well as on your feet.
Sex in Suburbia is co-written by Claire Sweeney and Mandy Muden, directed by Ken Alexander (Hormonal Housewives) with set is designed by Mark Walters (Hot Flush). Packed with revealing and raunchy storylines set to a backdrop of sensational musical anthems including I’m Every Woman, I Want To Break Free and Somebody Else’s Guy.
And as a way of keeping Sex in Suburbia ‘Real’ with a capital R, sassy and brave audience members, are invited to share their own personal dating stories live on stage and are rewarded with an Ann Summers goodie bag!
Filled with fun, laughter, emotion and truth, Sex in Suburbia is based on real stories from real women and the stories of their lives.
Storylines from being a single women on a date, a wife who’s tries to seduce her husband who’s only interested in football to a wife coming home and find her husband dressed in women’s clothes, with so more storylines, I don’t want to spoil it but rest assured you’ll have a great time.
I was in Row E seat 9 at the modern Grove Theatre in Dunstable and had a great view and plenty of room to dance and let your hair down to the great tunes played and sung in this show.
Would I go again, most definitely.
