It’s the 3rd week now of doing the Slimming World Online Plan and I have to say, this week I have loved the tool you can use to update what you have eaten that day, or plan to eat each day. I haven’t used it consistently, but where I have it has been a massive help. I have also been out and done a lovely healthy food shop. My fridge is full of fresh fruit and vegetables.
Week 3 has gone ok. My downfall has been going over my syns sometimes and non-diet drinks. This week I had put on 2lbs at weigh in, but I am ok with that as a certain time of the month I expect this. I have made an important decision this week, on Wednesday morning I joined my local Slimming World class. I know everyone is different, but I feel that I need the person to person interaction and support and now is the perfect time as my twins (aged 3) have recently started going to nursery in a morning.
