What a fantastic way to introduce children to the responsibly of looking after and feeding pets.
This fish tank comes with a brightly coloured fish and accessories and will make a fantastic and amazing Christmas gift. It is so magical and life like and beautifully made. It amazes me the imagination of some toy makers and this was no exception when it came to amaze me. Imagine waking up Christmas morning, setting this up and watching your child’s face light up when they have their own fish tank, fish and accessories. Takes no time to set up and will keep them busy during the festive period and more.
SETTING UP THE TANK
I was amazed at just how easy it was to set this up as it takes no time at all. Just remove the packaging in which the tank comes in, attach the ornaments that comes with it to the base of the fish tank and then fill it with water. Next, as this is the amazingly magical step, just dip the magic Lil’ Dippers packaging into the water and then watch as the Lil’ Dipper swims around out of the pack into the fish tank. It is so magical and loved the faces and reaction of my granddaughter who was with me when we set it up.
The fish look so real, the motions of it were so lifelike and very interactive. The fish swam around for approximately 5 minutes before falling asleep. As and when you are ready to reactivate it, just pop your hand in the water as this activates the sensors.
There is a little magnetic feeder, place this on the mouth of the fish and watch it follow you around as you move the feeder around inside the tank.
There are 3 fish to collect in total and it would appear that each of them have their own unique pattern and personality.

The colours are bright and cheerful and are a mixture of the following:-

GOOD TO KNOW
Batteries are required for this which do come with it which is always a bonus as many toys do not come with them.
Whilst it is good to know this, it is somewhat disappointing that the tank does not come with a lid. Therefore, be sure to place it somewhere safely and not next to any electrics, should the tank get knocked and spilt, you would not want to cause any electrical damage. As it does not have a lid, I would also advice adult supervision at all times.

This a real game changer for play and really does encourage interactive play and an absolute must this year as a Christmas gift for any child. The only reason I did not give it 5/5 is because of there is no lid and feel that it could be a safety concern.
