The Body Shop claim that their Vitamin C Microdermabrasion facial scrub leaves skin feeling soft and smooth, gives skin a brighter and more radiant look, and improves skin texture and tone. This is made possible with ingredients such as Amazonian camu camu and Community Trade shear butter. Like all products from The Body Shop, it is not tested using animals.
The instructions advise you to use the scrub no more than twice a week. Although I have only been using the product for just two weeks and there have been no dramatic results, my skin feels dewy and extra clean after using it. I can feel tiny little gritty bits rubbing against my skin when I make circular motions with my fingers and it really feels like all the dead skin cells are being gently removed.
I will continue to use the scrub as part of my beauty routine and I know the 75 ml bottle will last quite a while as I only use a tiny bit for each application and that is more than enough.
