Truth or Dare is a terrifying British psychological thriller about five teenage friends who are taken hostage in revenge for an end of term party that got out of control after a game of ‘Truth or Dare’

At the end of term there is a party that everybody is invited to and there is lots of drink and drugs. When Eleanor’s (Jennie Jacques) boyfriend Paul (Liam Boyle) passes out she gets upset and decides to play a game of truth or dare. After spinning the bottle a couple of times it lands on Felix (Tom Kane), the lonely geek, who is asked who he would like to have sex with. Instead of picking Eleanor (as she wanted) he picks Gemma (Florence Hall) which starts a fight between Felix and Chris (Jack Gordon).

A year later they were all invited to Felix’s birthday party at a grand stately home set in hundreds of acres of woodland. On arriving they are informed that the house is closed and they have to go to the caretaker’s cottage deeper in the forest. Upon arriving they meet Justin (David Oakes), the brother of Felix, who informs them that they are the only guests. They soon realise that Justin is a deranged psychopath and is out for revenge for his brother. After being tied to chairs a very violent, dangerous and brutal game of truth or dare begins and this one has deadly consequences!

Will Justin get the answers he seeks? Will the five friends get out alive?

Overall, this is a terrifying thriller about revenge on five obnoxious rich kids. With a young cast it has a well written and well-acted storyline.  With some good plot twists to keep you guessing it keeps you entertained and on the edge of your seat.
