Weightloss & Fitness Diary – 21st February 2015


I haven’t updated this diary for a couple of weeks because things have been really hectic and I haven’t been feeling too well.  I  had a couple of health issues going on too and I did completely lose motivation for a while there.  I went back to group last week and had put on 6lbs, so that shows the importance of going to group regularly.   For those of you who have not been following my online diary, I am attending Slimming World on a Tuesday evening.   This Tuesday my little girl wasn’t feeling too great and no other adult at home till 8.30pm, so I unfortunately had to miss weigh in.  I didn’t choose to get weighed at another group, but the great thing is if you can’t attend on a certain day you can attend on a different day of the week at another location locally.

I plan to do a big food shop in the week and get in loads of free food and low syn treats.  Because I haven’t been feeling great, I have only really been swimming once recently and I haven’t been to the gym in a while.   I am hoping to get properly back on track this week.   I am also very excited to try out some of the recipes in some Slimming World books I was sent to review and to get down to Iceland to buy some of the new Slimming World ready meals.
