Weightloss & Fitness Diary – 4th January 2015

I have been really poorly again with my cough, actually only managed to get to sleep at around 4am.   Despite that, I have been so good.  Below is a motivational picture. I was around 2 stone lighter here and feeling a lot better in myself.

FOOD DIARY
Breakfast: Egg on toast.

Lunch: Slimming World recipe griddled steak and peppercorn sauce with salt and pepper chips.  If you fancy making it yourself, here’sMy motivational picture - I was around 2 stone lighter here a link to the recipe.

Tea: Penne pasta, chicken and mushrooms in a sauce.

ACTIVITY DIARY
I ran around outside after my toddler twins, but not for half an hour.  I must start doing regular exercise.

HOW I AM FEELING
I am very motivated and excited about rejoining Slimming World on Tuesday.    I tend to have trouble sticking to something if I have other issues going on, but I have learnt how important it is to look after yourself, even when really busy with small children.
