This cook book is a very large and well-made book, it has 656 pages and is written by Romilla Arber.

The cook book starts with an introduction to the author and how she came around to compiling the book.  The book shows weekly menus from January to December and includes a recipe and how to cook instructions for each day of the week (including puddings).  It also gives you a shopping list of ingredients and items to buy to be able to make the daily dishes. Each recipe ranges in its time to prep and cook.  There are quick recipes and some that take a few hours, the range of recipes are very varied with lots of flavours and delicious looking dishes.

I have made a number of the lovely recipes including the Spaghetti Ragu, Chicken Stew, Bakewell Tart, Chocolate Chip & Peanut butter cookies and I am looking forward to using the book to make more delicious meals for me and my family. All the recipes are easy to follow and give clear instructions on how to make each dish including easy to read measurements.

I would highly recommend this book especially if you find yourself struggling to think of dinner ideas each week!

I rate this book 5/5
