Aldi Crofton Brownie Maker Review

Reviewed by Lucy Knight

My 5 year old was super excited when our Brownie Maker arrived on Thursday morning. It came just as we were leaving for the school run. I was lucky that I actually got her in school because she wanted to stay home and make brownies all day. But I promised her that once she returned we would make them together, along with our retro hand mixer.

In this range you can either choose a waffle or a brownie maker and I’m so pleased we received the brownie maker, as we are a family full of chocolate lovers.

The brownie maker comes in a retro teal green colour which is really eye catching and so much more appealing than the usual white or black that most appliances come in. It has a removable cutter tray to help make 8 equally sized brownies.

Unfortunately the instruction manual was missing from the box but I found a brownie recipe online and the brownie maker was really easy to use and makes the brownies in only 7 minutes so I gave it a go on my intuition. The brownies came out beautiful, the little appliance is great and it will be getting lots of regular use.

Packaging was good, it comes in a compact recyclable box and is neatly packed.

My only qualm is that it could be bigger but maybe that’s me being greedy. I really love this kitchen appliance and so do the rest of my family. I would recommend it and give it 5 out of 5.
