Beldray Quick Vac Lite (Corded) Review

The Beldray Quick Vac Lite multi-surface vacuum cleaner is a little powerhouse (600w).

As soon as it arrived, I used it for my usual Friday clean and tidy of our living room. The vacuum head was easy to adjust for our wooden floors and rugs meaning it picked up the detritus from our daughter’s toast as well as the fur from our two black cats. It was also quick to remove the telescopic extension tube and turn into a handheld unit to clean up the 5-year old’s chair and breakfast table! It coped well with all the fur our cats seem to shed daily with its good sized 600ml dust container and the fact it’s corded (has a very plentiful 5 metre cord) means it keeps on going for as long as you like unlike its cordless cousins which only seem to last around 20 minutes! The attachments were great for skirting boards and a quick brush up of the settee and allowed me to get into all the nooks and crannies. The heads are easily detachable and just as great for hard floors as well as carpeted floors.

Its compact size means it doesn’t take up much room when not used, so is great for those in flats or without much storage, or even to keep as an “upstairs vacuum cleaner” if you’ve got a heavy upright one downstairs. It would make a great gift for someone who’s just moved into their first home or maybe a student in their halls of residence.

Ours will fit nicely in the wardrobe in our bedroom meaning I no longer have to lug the larger vacuum cleaner up the stairs each week.
