Weightloss & Fitness Diary – 14th January 2015


Another very positive day on the healthy living front.  I have managed to stick to plan 100% and stay under my syns.   I have also eaten more free foods today, so hoping that helps too.

Food diary

Brunch – 2 eggs whisked and mixed with onions, mushrooms and bacon.  Shared out between silicone cupcake cases.

Dinner – air fryer cooked sweet potato fries, baked beans and eggs.

Drinks – diet cola.

Snacks – 2 packets of crisps and some satsumas.  A hifi light bar.

Fitness Diary

10 min walk to school and 10 min walk back.
